My colleague just bought a new bike. They don't call them super bikes here, just plain 'bikes'. It was him who invited me to snap some photos of him and his Fazer in the charity event Mega-Ride in Plymouth. I would not have known of the event else wise.
Each participant pays a minimal fees of 2GBP and then ride down 30miles from Lee Mill to the Hoe in Plymouth in the throngs. An estimated 8000 bikers took part in the event.
Not just bikes, but quads as well were spotted in the event. Scooters, motorbikes with side cars, all sorts of bikes with unique designs and colours.
I really didn't expect it to be this big. You could go around taking photos of individual bikes and would not finish by the time they left the Hoe. You could, but I didn't, however, a quiet voice just wished that I had one to bring me out of this place.
